In partnership with Chef Ian Dieter and Magnolias at the Mill, this five-course Provençal dinner brings together seasonal ingredients, classic French techniques, and thoughtfully selected imported wine pairings.
Set within Shiloh’s beautifully restored barn, the experience captures the essence of Provence—fresh herbs, vibrant spring produce, and dishes designed to be savored.
Throughout the evening, enjoy live French bistro music from Djangolaya, with time to linger, connect, and even dance.

Chef Ian has crafted a five-course menu inspired by the flavors of Spain and Portugal, drawing from regional traditions and ingredients. Each course is paired with wines selected to reflect the range and character of the regions, with thoughtful pairings designed to complement and enhance each dish.
